With this campaign, Adobe set out to show industries how Acrobat powers seamless, paperless workflows with every tool built in. Once again, we were trusted to put real users at the heart of the story—turning Acrobat’s features into proof that sustainability isn’t an extra step; it’s built right in.

Making sustainability tangible in a digital product.

We began by addressing a key gap: many still view "going green" as a compromise on efficiency. Our challenge was to translate Acrobat’s abstract benefits—like a reduced carbon footprint—into relatable, dynamic visuals through compelling storytelling. At every step, we focused on crafting a message grounded in grassroots environmental advocacy. Our goals were clear: to educate audiences on how simple it is to go paperless—and how that shift can reduce everything from deforestation to water waste and emissions; to position Acrobat as the bridge between profit and planet; and to engage viewers with motion graphics and narratives that made sustainability feel both easy and achievable.

Signed, Sealed, Sustainably.

A mobile notification pings—right in the middle of a park yoga session. That’s the moment this motion piece brings to life, showing how Adobe Acrobat keeps paperless workflows moving wherever you are.

Clean vector art with soft gradients and fresh greens sets an eco-conscious vibe, while scenes of biking, strolling, and signing make digital sustainability feel effortless. The tagline lands the punch: “Save more than documents.”

The plus? Spin-off videos tailored for IT, legal, and security teams, localized for French and German markets.
